Hi *virtual wave,* my name is Molly Blackwelder! I was born and raised as a midwestern girl in Kansas, but I now reside in the beautiful Carolinas. As a few fun facts, I grew up around our family-owned military uniform business, and I have a fraternal twin sister.As far as my design background goes, I’ve been a practicing interior designer since I graduated with my master’s in historic preservation following my undergraduate design degree. Starting my career working for an international design firm until opening up my own studio, I love and appreciate good design, whether it’s architecture, furniture, or beautiful graphics.Our design philosophy at ban•spas interiors is to design every space with thought lead design at the forefront of every decision. Whether it be a residential remodel or a commercial workplace build-out, understanding the client and how each user interacts with the space is what makes beautiful designs.We love working in the commercial workplace sector or with residential remodels - creating strong interiors around culture or helping create houses into home, we would love the opportunity to speak with you about any future projects we can be a part of!
