Created a new layout for the MRB Bond room and managed the entire layout change, Created a new organizational system for the Bond Room that utilized visual cues, Updated and improved the Process Flows for dispositioning material, Created Rockwell Production System visual instructions and converted the existing Manufacturing Instructions into RPS format.- Conducted over 75 time studies to gather data for Rework component and method combinations, - Created a tool for Rework in Excel using Name Manager and Data Validation to include necessary process restrictions, Trained Manufacturing Quality on how to use and update tool to assume ownership after my internship.- Tool Allows Twinsburg to better disposition material and determine necessary labor utilization to complete work

- Learned and used Infor's Product Configuration Management software.- Created custom sales demos for the Pre-Sales team to present our software to potential customers using their product information.- Created a series of demo videos about the Product Configurator and its features.

I created a series of documentation packages with instructions for the dis-assembly, coating, and reassembly of several different modules. These documents were for internal use so that the circuit boards inside the modules could be conformally coated to meet standards.
