My practice is focused on strategic planning for Inter/Intranet products and services, data storage and migration, reporting strategies and migration and product selection and implementation. My background and experience has provided me with experience in positioning websites and information reporting to support business initiatives and decision-maning. Project Manangement for a broad range of technologies and subject matters to support business positioning is also part of the expertise that I bring to the party. Project size has ranged for small to the very complex, in excess of $10 million.

Responsible for a variety of activities including working with clients to help them navigate the job search process from resume production to negotiating final terms of a job offer. Have worked as a client consultant in company career centers and have been involved with completing notification of job elimination for clients. Taught 2 and 3 day Job Search classes and facilitated and taught individual subject classes such as interviewing, networking and resume production. In additional roles, have supported the engaging of candidates entering the job search process and have taught webinars on a variety of subjects to support learning center activities. Coached candidates from entry level to mid management in fields as law, accounting, technology, sales, supply chain, operations, food service and financial services. I am a good communicator and tend to be direct in style. I like working with all aspects of the job search process but particularly the start of the search. I have been in lay-off situations both as the person being laid off and as the one doing the action which gives me a deep understanding of the candidate’s situation. I also love to teach.

I was tasked with for the support and development of the sales data entry systems, both laptop and internet, Data Warehouse and reporting, EAI and EDI data movement layers, Master file and Inter/Intranet products.

I was responsible for all Information Technology activities from customer facing systems such as POS (food and beverage and retail), reservation and internet systems and Player tracking to internally facing systems such as Peoplesoft (accounting, asset management and human resources), Kronos time keeping, Vehicle maintenance and Intranet communications. I worked with the business to set the standards for systems and to install new technology where it were cost effective and efficient.

Provided leadership for deployment of technology to $1.8 billion division providing food and environmental services, facilities management, performance contracting and other services to 860 US hospitals. Provided planning and direction to outsource development projects. Defined and implemented strategies for current reality and tomorrow’s environment.

Provided leadership and directed projects in support of marketing initiatives in origination, guarantee of loans, disbursement of payments and management of information exchanged with schools, guarantors, lenders and students. Responsible for G&A budget of $7.5 million. Managed, mentored and developed staff of 120.
