I'm so excited to be starting my new role as Head of Marketing at Dragon Coworking in January 2024 🐉After 8 years of running my social media business Molly Moodle Media, I have decide to transfer my skills and experience to a business where I have worked and have been in close friendship with over the last 7 years. In this new role, I will be performing the following: ● All social media channels ( Facebook, X, Instagram & Linkedin) content, engagements, replying to messages and measuring engagement● Digital marketing paid campaigns (FB ads, Google), work with FB/Google ad expertsto create, measure and report results● All marketing materials, including physical and digital● Organising website design, updates and functionality● Make sure everyone in the company sticks to brand consistency by creating a set oftemplates for events, flyers, posters, digital screens, email signatures, etc.● Communicate brand consistency throughout the company and monitor● Create funnels and systems around the marketing strategy explaining who isresponsible for what● CRM & Activecampaign are set up to make the most of marketing● KPI and reporting ROI of campaigns at monthly meetings● Monthly newsletter: Work with the community managers to create and sendconsistent newsletters with engaging content● Identify strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunitiesI have also regularly lectured at Canterbury Christ Church University.
