As the Director of Pharmacy Services at Elliot Hospital, I oversee the ambulatory and acute care pharmacy operations, clinical programs, medication safety, and formulary management for the health system. I have more than 16 years of experience in pharmacy leadership and clinical practice, and I am a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).I am passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of pharmacy services and enhancing the collaboration and communication between pharmacy and other health care professionals. I have led and contributed to several initiatives and committees that have resulted in improved patient outcomes, reduced costs, and increased satisfaction. For example, I co-chaired the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, optimized infusion pump libraries, and implemented medication protocols for various clinical settings.
