Manages team of: a supervising planner, store planners, coordinators and interns through company and dept processes for production of all store design and plan set documents that ensure company brand design prototype initiatives, establish store specific scope cost estimates and maintain financially effective project solutions to meet company budgets. Leads teams through preparing project presentation to Executive Committee for approval, overall project timeline management and incorporating cross functional partner team details from Store Purchasing, Merchandising, Marketing, Construction, Real Estate, Store systems, and Asset Protection to provide clear, accurate project direction as well as issue resolution for the Project lead, fixture installer and store teams during project execution. Oversee team through average 200 projects each year of various types and scopes with remodel projects averaging $190,000 cost per project. Created and implemented team development of expert roles to manage procedures and guideline tools allowing support of 14 partner departments and functions. Mastered hiring and developing team talent that includes responsibility for 27 Store Planning interns with being direct hiring decision on 21 of those. 7 interns have been hired on as staff as well as development of 6 high potential team members qualifying for advancing positions within other departments at Jo-Ann.
