-Grew annual budget by almost threefold to $650,000, doubled staff, and doubled membership-Expanded non-profit programming to include Safe Routes to School elementary school education, outreach and education on university campuses, community events and rides, and individual and business membership programs-Advocated for bicycle-friendly plans, policies and projects including Protected Bike Lanes on 15th Street, Brighton, and Broadway which have all been approved and/or installed-Hired and managed 5 staff and 15 Board members; coordinated 600+ volunteers-Instituted annual staff retreat during which we wrote the Strategic Plan, set organizational and individual goals and designed specific work plans for each staff member-Served as an expert witness to provide legal testimony in a pedestrian-car crash

- Led Fort Collins to attain a Platinum Bicycle Friendly Community designation with the League of American Bicyclists – Fort Collins was only the fourth city in the country to receive this award- Enhanced existing programs and developed innovative strategies:o Education: Co-developed and co-managed the Bicycle Ambassador Program which focuses on children, youth and families; college students; adults, including seniors, businesses and motorists; a community patrol; and neighborhood open garageso Encouragement: Planned summer and winter Bike to Work Day events, Bike to Work Wednesdays and encouraged businesses to offer incentives for employees who commute by bicycleo Enforcement: Coordinated with City of Fort Collins Police Services, CSU Police Department, Larimer County Sheriff and Colorado State Patrol to create educational campaigns for their staff and the publico Engineering: Identified high crash rate intersections, developed design standards and planned improvements to the bicycle network. - Designed and implemented an innovative approach to connect the Fort Collins community to their local food; we toured neighborhood chicken coops, backyard gardens and organic farms- Received an award from the City of Fort Collins for our local, education-based and food-centric bicycle tours- Composed business structure, managed budget, edited website, applied for grants, generated marketing leads

- Conceived and presented curriculum for high school English classes and synthesized my lessons into a syllabus for my successor to build upon- Established and led a weekly English club

- Helped secure land, funding and a vendor to build our own ropes course- Wrote, defended and managed a budget of $120,000- Formalized hiring procedures for facilitators and coordinators, staff orientations, and facilitator development- Planned and ran several facilitator trainings each semester and led two monthly meetings for staff- Managed communication between 30 facilitators and 350 groups to schedule programming- Planned, facilitated and debriefed team building workshops and high ropes courses for my peers
