As a mission-driven leader with over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I aim to empower individuals and families with the skills and resources they need to achieve financial stability and prosperity. I founded Save First Financial Wellness, a non-profit organization that provides financial coaching, education, and assistance to low-income and vulnerable populations. At Save First, I lead a team of passionate and talented professionals who partner with corporate and community organizations to design and implement innovative and effective programs that help our clients improve their financial literacy, behavior, and outcomes. I have a proven track record of creating and growing financial wellness services from scratch, setting and meeting SMART goals, and delivering successful results. I have also developed and facilitated workshops on various financial topics, using trauma-informed care and growth-oriented approaches to educate and motivate our clients. I enjoy cultivating exceptional teams and helping them excel both individually and collectively.
