• Aggregate portfolio manager for the Criticized Asset population of the Bank – from a high of $1.1B. Primary responsibilities included risk analysis, budgeting/forecasting and strategic resolution initiatives to achieve quarterly asset quality metrics. Provided Chief Credit-Risk Officer with reporting and supplements for quarterly Earnings Call. • Designed and developed an automated forecasting tool that enabled over 50 users from various departments to provide real-time information to feed data into forecasting models. Improved data integrity, efficiency and accuracy of reporting.• Prepared and presented ad-hoc analysis and reports for Senior Management on a variety of risk management topics.• Primary credit contact person for the Bank’s Loss Share Agreement with the FDIC for the purchase of $700MM in assets of a failed bank.• Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of the required quarterly Loss Share certificate to the FDIC. Certificate reporting included, but not limited to, any losses to a covered loan/asset, fraud investigations and pre-approval for certain credit and restructuring recommendations. • Coordinated with various functions of the bank (legal, finance, operations) to formulate process and procedures to capture all required reporting data and ensure adequate due diligence/credit files in place for semi-annual FDIC audits of the Loss Share Portfolio. • Additional responsibilities included managing a portfolio of troubled loans that were in various stages of restructuring, foreclosure or disposition.

• Managed loan portfolio of approximately $450MM for the National Institutional Real Estate group. Responsibilities included thorough underwriting and structuring of credits, monitoring customer's financial position and wherewithal, and borrower's ability to perform as agreed per loan documents. Managed portfolio to remain in compliance with all required covenant, financial statement, construction and documentation exceptions.• Prepared and presented detailed underwriting for chief credit officer, inclusive of cash flow, sub-market, cap-rate and individual commercial property analysis with recommendation. In addition provided quarterly reviews and presentations to internal and external auditors.• Assisted originators with managing relationships (from initial feedback stage to closing of the loan), to ensure efficiency and the presentation of a consistent, fair attitude in all dealings with customers. Conducted prospective customer calls and site visits with analysis as required.• Monitored and assigned appropriate regulatory risk ratings to a then-defunct CMBS portfolio. Hand selected for this special project by the chief credit officer. Within this role, recommended and presented Administrative Loan Summary Report to credit department for the transfer into the Special Assets Group when applicable.
