I handle all types of employment law litigation matters, including discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), in addition to retaliation claims, wrongful discharge claims, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims, breach of contract claims, and claims involving workplace torts. I also act as an advisor to companies regarding various employment matters, including formulating employment policies and drafting employee handbooks, and present workplace seminars for employees regarding federal and state employment law.In addition to my work with the firm, I also teach Extended Studies program classes on employment law at the University of Nevada, as well as seminars related to employment law issues such as payroll, discrimination and conducting workplace investigations.
