I am passionate about planning for people and supporting local governments in their initiatives to improve their communities. I enjoy bringing creativity to my work and operate on a model of empathetic and effective communication. At my current position with Crossroads Community Planning, we work to eliminate barriers to economic growth, refine governmental operations, and uphold the unique spirit and essence of each community.Previously, I served as President of Best Food Forward, a student led non-profit focused on ending food insecurity in the OSU community. I also worked as the Sustainability Intern at Land-Grant Brewing where I gained hands on experience regarding building sustainability programs in a business setting and worked closely with outside organizations to develop socially and environmentally sustainable initiatives.I've also had experience working in local government at the City of Lancaster working in the Building and Zoning Department. During my time here, I worked to get the City of Lancaster designated as a SolSmart Gold community -- making it one of the first communities in the state of Ohio to do so.
