Duties: Pre-Op Nurse - responsible for preparing patients for surgery and pain injections including pre-op medical screening and IV insertion. Assisting anesthesia staff with nerve block placement for pain management during intra-operative period. Duties: Operating Room Circulating Nurse – responsible for set up of all equipment required for surgical procedure, ensuring proper positioning of patient for scheduled procedure, assisting anesthesiologist during induction of anesthesia, proper sterile preparation of surgical area, insuring integrity of sterile field during surgery, maintaining proper documentation during surgical procedure, preparation of laboratory and pathology specimens, Preparation and placement of splints, casting, and dressings, stabilization and transport of the post anesthesia patient. Surgical specialty experience includes – Ocular plastics, ENT including endoscopic sinus, fusion and thyroidectomy procedures, podiatry, orthopedics of the hand including endoscopic and arthroscopic procedures, arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder.Duties: Post-Op Pain Injection Nurse – responsible for stabilization and monitoring of patients following pain injections with or without sedation, discharge of patients including education of post procedure instructions and follow up care.

Duties: Responsible for delivery of IV infusions to include IV insertion, medication preparation, infusion management, and scheduling of patients. - Participation in research drug trials to include preparation and management of research study drugs and documentation.

Duties: Supervise execution of off-site vaccination clinics to include management of medical assistants and medical assistant students, patient education and screening. Responsible for education and training of 18 medial assistants on intravenous catheter placement and management.

Duties: - Extensive knowledge working in LDRP Concept Unit (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Post-Partum). Responsible for all aspects of Vaginal Delivery, care of high-risk obstetrical patients, ante partum care of high-risk obstetrical patients, care of mother baby couplet in postpartum unit. Circulating nurse in operative delivery of newborn, recovery nurse inobstetrical recovery room. Triage nurse in multi-bed obstetrical triage unit. Small, medium and large volume Labor and Delivery unit experience (up to 6000 deliveries per year).
