As a Partner, I'm leading the classroom training using the Bible Training for Church Leaders (BTCL curriculum). BTCL is a five-course curriculum in an interactive environment. The objectives are to master the skills necessary to Observe Content, Accurately Interpret Meaning, and Skillfully Apply Directions.
