I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University, where I was on the dean's list every semester and graduated with magna cum laude.I have a passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow in different settings and roles. I have gained valuable experience in serving, bussing, bartending, events, sales, front desk, and housekeeping, working at a private golf club, a showroom retail store, a rooftop bar, and a resort. I have learned how to adapt to different customer needs and expectations, how to work as part of a team, and how to deliver high-quality service and results. My goal was to find the right hotel to assist my dreams of becoming a true member of the hospitality community and MGM has been an amazing start.As a meeting concierge at Park MGM, I assist clients in the meeting space with any requests they may have. No guest is the same and that's what I love about this position the most. I also walk the meeting spaces daily to ensure that they remain damage free and in perfect condition for the next event. I put in any damages I do see during my inspection and contact the correct department to assist me with the issue. Making sure the room is set up per guest's request, including tables, linens, buffet tables and ensuring the correct food is present at the time it should be according to the BEO.
