My background has varied from fundraising to communications, from research to marketing, and from international development to economic systems change and affordable housing. Wherever life may find me, I thrive on new experiences and constant learning. When I encounter something new, chances are, I’ll poke around until I figure it out. I tend to be impatient for action and have led initiatives in multiple roles to introduce new or improve existing processes and systems, while fostering environments where my colleagues can bring their full selves to work.I’m a connector—of people, ideas, opportunities, and action—and a storyteller. I value collaboration, creative problem solving, and partnership-building. I’m passionate (and a bit idealistic) about making the world a better place and believe passionately that everyone and every institution has the powerful responsibility and opportunity to protect, care for, and lift up each other and our shared global environment. My ultimate goal is to help social change organizations and teams be as efficient as possible so they can be as effective as possible—without unnecessary urgency or false binaries of being dedicated to a mission OR prioritizing personal life.
