As a soccer coach that has worked in various settings and with diverse athletes, my philosophy includes guiding players through development using a holistic approach in order to help them reach their full potential. I strongly believe that by following various principles and values, training processes, and performance processes, athletes can improve their chances of finding success in athletics and other endeavors as well.Some of the qualities I possess that I would bring to a program are passion, commitment, patience, open-mindedness, and a positive outlook. I have experience working with all levels of grassroots soccer; I have coached at the club and high school levels. Furthermore, I hold a USSF C License.I put great emphasis on planning training sessions, carrying out/supporting training sessions, reflecting on the quality of training sessions and what would have improved them, and video analysis of games. In addition, I am incredibly intrigued by the tactical aspect of the game and the constant changes that are being implemented across the sport.
