About Colm Moloney

As a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at IOM - UN Migration, I contribute to the design, implementation, and reporting of MEAL activities for a broad range of programmes. I have a Master's degree in Development Practice and 10+ years of experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and research, including extensive experience in South Sudan, Rwanda, Ghana, Bangladesh, Iraq and Türkiye.My core competencies include research skills, programme evaluation, data analysis and reporting. I have conducted and coordinated multiple evaluations, assessments, surveys, and studies using qualitative and quantitative methods and tools, and produced evidence-based recommendations and learning products. I have also supported the capacity building and mentoring of MEAL staff and partners, and ensured the accountability and quality of interventions.
