It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to be when I grow up and to be honest I am still working on it. I got involved in account management because building beneficial relationships with customers is what I’m best at. Through my person-centred approach to sales, I’ve been able to deliver tangible results that move the needle in regards to revenue. Connecting with people is my bread and butter. I began honing this skill when I was a kid by making an effort to get to know the person not just what I saw on the outside.
