I am a cell and molecular biologist and protein chemist with quite a few years of bench experience. During my time in the lab I have worked on a wide range of topics such as:* mutations in p53 and chaperones in cancer development* intracellular cytokine trafficking in mast cells* immunotoxicity testing by ex vivo models* the role of molecular chaperones in protein structure and function maintenance* intersection of endocytosis, DNA damage and centrosome overduplicationSpecialties: Communicating scientific contents to various audiences: from lay to specialistDeveloping methods for automated, high-throughput drug toxicity and multiparametric cellular metabolic testing.Protein expression and purification.High volume (a.k.a. BIG) Data analysis, including molecular-clinical correlates, with the use of R package for statistical analysis and visualisation.Expert on light microscopy, all kinds of fluorescence, confocal and superresolution (STORM, GSD, STED, gSTED, SIM).Retroviral and lentiviral gene transfer systems.Also all other molecular biology, tissue culture stuff etc.
