Who the hell am I?Well, I’m an experienced creative with over 20 years in the advertising industry and highly regarded as an integrated creative thinker. I was lucky that when I first joined the advertising industry the thinking was already moving to offering a ‘through-the-line’ solution to clients. As a result of being there I truly ‘get’ what this means and have been successful in being able to offer both agencies and clients this 360 creative thinking across various campaigns throughout my career. I’m skilled in team development, business development and taking a strong idea and making it work for a client across all media, not just traditional communication channels.During my career I’ve successfully held Creative Director and Group Head positions, managing teams of over twenty people and for the last 14 years I have developed my own business as a Freelance Art Director and consultant providing agencies and clients with creative solutions and strategic insight. Consultancy includes advising rapidly growing agencies on creative department set up, recruitment, establishing effective ways of working and development of their clients.I’m particularly interested in working with a client to develop strong creative ideas along with strategic thinking to make a real difference and move the client and brand forward. On top of that I’m commercially focussed with a proven ability to bring insight, challenge and new perspective to a client and teams.
