Some of my biggest achievements at foodpanda include:1. Bank partnerships:Bringing banks onboard the proposition where banks bear the 100% discounts on every restaurant. In my current Mastercard campaign, the top 5 banks namely HBL, Faysal bank, UBL, JS Bank and Askari are offering a flat 30% discount on the restaurants, groceries and home chef stores.2. Initiated the fund raising program on foodpanda app:Considering the COVID situation, I reached out to various NGOs across the country with a proposal to register themselves at foodpanda app and collect donations for their respective NGOs. Together with the Logistics and Operations team, I started the project in the mid of April and so far have raised over a million funds with 15 NGOs onboard. Through this feature in our app, a customer can now donate to any NGO of their choice without stepping out of his home.3. Introduced Corona Safety Kits on foodpanda app:In the ongoing pandemic situation, I reached out to the FMCGs for a collaboration. Thereupon. Lifebuoy, Dettol and Safeguard came onboard the proposition to sell their hygiene products on foodpanda. The idea was to motivate people to avoid the outdoor exposure by delivering soap bars, sanitizers and masks at their doorsteps. This initiative was upgraded to Pandamart (now called Shops) through which we start delivering groceries, phone SIMs etc. to people's doorsteps. 4. Utilizing cancelled orders and cash loss reduction project:All the orders that get cancelled on foodpanda are now being sent to Saylani for feeding the needy. This has not only portrayed a positive and responsible image of foodpanda contributing to hunger elimination but have also helped in reducing the cash loss as the restaurants are now cautious to avoid fake cancellations.
