While getting my 12+ years of experience in teaching in the university level, serving in Bangladesh and Australia, I have co-founded two startups, ToguMogu and Light of Hope. ToguMogu is a tech company in a mission to improve family health and wellbeing and Light of Hope is an education company in a mission to foster creativity, problem solving and other future skills among children. Light of Hope has three different brands, named Goofi, Kids Time and Teachers Time. I have completed my Ph.D. back in 2015, fully funded by Swinburne University Research Grant with a research focus on efficiency of data-preprocessing algorithms and developed an efficient method of matrix factorization, that helps reduce the processing time drastically. I have over 12 published articles in different journals and conferences on my solo and collaboration works. My core skill is Tech Product Development and Project Management. I have supervised over 20+ capstone projects and helped commercialize 5+ student projects. With my own companies, I have led several innovative tech solution projects.I have a strong background of people management, community development and leadership. I have been the President of IUT Alumni Association (IUTAA) from 2019 to 2022 and President of Bangladesh Society Swinburne from 2012 to 2014.I did my undergraduate in Electrical Engineering from Islamic University of Technology (IUT), funded by OIC back in 2008. In my undergraduate years, I have done several projects on telecommunication, signal processing and analog to digital conversion. I have a long history of working with both hardware and software.
