Client : MERAS Consultant : ATKINS for Civil work, GAJ for Architecture Project Value : AED 2.8 Billion.Position : Snr.Site Engineer Duties& Responsibility o Sub& super structure work  Starting by dewatering system which was consisting of 36 deep well + 12 piezometer with 3 discharging tanks was responsible of installation of the system and supervision of it.  Supervision of pilling work and assisting them in the site for casting secant piles and installation of MEP Sleeves in the copping, logistic and excavation of anchors and strut pipes, logistic work for Main piles.  Bulk excavation supervision (8000 m3 per day )  Gunating work preparations of the piles and supervision of the sup-contractor.  Water proofing work (pile head treatment+ PVC membrane ) Raft work ( rebar and shuttering work with full coordination with MEP team ) Logistic and casting of big pours such as 3000m3.1- Tower crane work - certified Lifting supervisor ( preparation of lifting plans , working as lifting coordinator, signing off and taking all lifting responsibility ) Slabs works (decking , rebar and shuttering )o Finishing work  Full in charge of Block work of fourteen building as production of 1000m2 per day. Full coordination with MEP team Special types of external and internal heritage plaster  Screed work ( polished, colored and Normal )  Ceiling services coordination with MEP team (gypsum board + Barasti ) Painting  Landscaping Snagging and handing over to client.

 Jumirah Park Villa site 420 Villas (100 Million )• Roles and responsibility :• Achieving various construction activities like steel and shutter fixing, excavation, water proofing, filling and insulation dead shuttering, casting and finishes.• Review drawing, plans, specifications, manpower allocation, and other work for accuracy and conformance with established engineering practices.• Day-to-day managers on a construction site• Direct construction and operations activities at project site.• Direction and monitoring civil Forman's on-site and clarify their daily work.• Monitor the efficient use of materials and equipment.• Ensure high quality and safety standards.• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.• Coordinate amongst various contractors and ensure that the works are carried out smoothly.• Inspects construction site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, and construction and safety standards.
