Food Server, Retail Steward
CurrentFood Server• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately• Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff• Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to special requests (e.g. food allergies) • Assist the wait staff with table setting by placing appropriate tableware• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)Retail Steward• Greet and engage with guests, setting the example for customer service best practices.• Effectively deal with customer complaints.• Support the vision of management to implement store merchandising requirements.• Ensures there is no merchandise in the stock room that is not on the floor.• Responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness in all areas of the outlets.• Perform routine inventory counts and submit reports to the D
