It’s been a highly exciting and deeply satisfying journey of 23 years so far which has been marked by a deep specialization in the design and development of drive axles for both Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles and the emerging field of electric vehicles eAxles.Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading numerous hands-on design and development projects with successful introduction of one product every three years. This continuous exposure to new product development and their subsequent performance feedback from real world has given me a unique understanding of Indian commercial vehicle landscape. I have also worked on Automatic Transmission, Torque on Demand Transfer Case integration and calibration development and application engineering of manual Transmissions. During this course of time, I have developed a very Energetic and Capable team of 30 Individuals who are excited to be part of the ongoing evolution of the automotive sector.Currently, I’m proud to be a part of TATA Motors in Pune, where my passion for cutting-edge technology and sustainable solutions finds a perfect home. At TATA Motors, I contribute to pioneering advancements in driveline electrification for commercial vehicles, helping to shape the future of transportation.
