I help mamas (and dads) utilize a growth mindset to "mom" (and "dad") better. My son was born with a rare genetic condition that required more surgeries than most adults have in their life, ever! Naturally, I was in a very dark place as I tried to navigate being a new mom and a mom to a special needs infant. I was lost and "couldn't get it together" for some time, but then I started researching how to pull myself out. I am a nurse on paper, so I always let science guide me. I realized there are science-backed, evidence-based strategies I could use to improve my mindset, thus helping me "mom better".I learned about growth mindset, and utilizing my struggles to springboard to success.Now, I help other moms do the same. Whether you follow me on social media for my quick tips, sign on as a private client, listen to my podcasts, use my FESSS Up Journal, or take one of my courses, I hope that you find my offerings helpful and insightful.
