• As part of the Management Core Team, lead the overall Safety Engineers for all Villa Packages in Jumierah Park Project area, within 400 hectares, 2700 villas having 7 Packages. • Ensure proper coordination within all packages to ensure consistency of supervision on all level of HSE operation.• Ensure close coordination with the Safety Manager of the ‘Employer’ and Main Contractors Safety Managers. • Assist review and processing approval of the contractor Safety Plan, processing the contractor Method Statement & Risk Assessment, anticipate action and measure that required for environmental issues and the construction is pursued with the provision of safety rules and regulations. • Developing of safety training programs for Consultant & Contractors, conducted safety trainings, facilitates meetings, lead the safety investigation meetings. • Worked hand and hands with the DAR HSE team, to all contractors’ safety managers for auditing works, checked & reviewed the Statistic reports and resolving safety issues and concerns at every packages project site.

• Safety consultant for the mass Villas Projects covering 4 packages in Mesaieed Housing Projects within 100 hectares of lots, with over 1900 Villas units and Flat Apartments as Consultant overseer’s by QREIC Developer & QP Client.• Ensure the Project Safety Programs are in accordance with the expectation from both QREIC and Qatar Petroleum.• Conducting safety meetings, trainings, incident investigations, directing, coaching, coordinating in the progress meeting some unresolved issues on site, daily safety inspection to ensure that contractors safety programs are in compliance with clients expectations.• Checks and review the contractor’s safety plan. Reports to the Resident Engineer/Project Manager upon observing any unsafe conditions for initiating immediate corrective actions.

Philippines

• 1996-Started at a green field projects within 23 hectares of land, as Intel owner overseer’s and representative partner’s with Bovis Lend Lease Project Management in managing the Safety for the Construction of the two A&T Factories within the Gateway Business Park, Cavite, Philippines, under the FCT-EHS Global Construction Project Team.• 1999- I’ve transferred at the Projects Department as the SIPP coordinator/supervisor with 8 technicians to manage the Permits to Work System, to control hazards during maintenance and construction of projects, to avoid interruption of the productions & operations in the two (2) Assembly &Test Factories under the Project group Department.• 2000-2006, I’ve transferred in the (EHS) Safety Department for more challenging duties to manage/oversee the safety of the construction Project’s Section group, the Maintenance & Engineering, and the Sustaining Operation of the Building Services group. • Responsible in reviewing and approving the construction safety methodology and permit to works of all contractors for all critical activities prior to start of any construction and maintenance works. • Review and evaluation of all contractors’ safety performance every quarter review meetings, and jointly participated with all the others stakeholders. • Participated in the design review process to ensure that the safety design specification are in compliance with government code and regulations, and Intel standard specs for every new facilities project, capacity upgrade & tools install projects. • Leading the meetings for daily/weekly/monthly, all Gen-cons and subcontractors to ensure the proper quality of communication and safe execution of works. • Conducting Safety inspection of all critical activities, daily site inspection around the site, safety orientations/trainings, safety incident/accident investigations and the hand over and commissioning process.
