Develop accurate construction drawings / data sheets based of the BIM models.PLANNING AND SCHEDULING AREA OF EXPERTISE:1. Preparing Design, Master construction and Procurement schedule.2. Create Project Execution Plans3. Updating of time schedules4. Submit Weekly & Monthly schedule monitoring and updating for the top management including(narrative, progress bars, construction and subcontractor’s performance measurement reports “S-curves charts, Performance Matrix, etc.”. Identifying/ maintaining & monitoring the project criticalpath Vs target)5. Manage Stakeholder and Team Communication.6. Drive Process Improvement.7. Responsible for sending payment reminders.8. Tracking of resources and allocation of man-hours against histograms and planned progresscurve. Review & consent Contractor's schedules9. Reviewing and approval of contractor's time schedules10. Calculation of activities construction duration.11. Calculation of activities resources (manpower, equipment and material).12. Assigning of activities resources and preparing of resources usage histograms.13. Preparing of needed reports like periodic look ahead reports, resource usage report, earned valuereport, cost control reports.14. Attend meetings with project consultant and owner.15. Preparing and submit new variation order breakdown.16. Studying of project time and cost claims.17.
