As finance manager am responsible for all financial aspects of the program including review in and out transactions, reporting, and oversight of financial assets. Provide cost and price analysis. Implement and monitor internal control mechanisms which include- reviewing scans and back-up documentation for all reports from the field offices. Assisted the Country Director in the design and establishment of Concordis International as an administratively functional, legally compliant NGO in Sudan, participate in strategic plan for Concordis, coordinate with different authorities to explain Concordis mission & vision to establish peace building program in many state within Sudan including post conflict area. Managing Concordis’s grant in Sudan and traveled to support financial staff in UK office.Contributing to the development and implementation of organizational policies and ensuring that they are consistent with organizational principles as well as the requirements of donors and the host government.Oversee and manage daily country-wide accounting and finance functions including the timely recording of transactions, cash management, banking, payroll, inventory, receivables, and payable.• Plan and implement systems for financial operations in both the main country office and in field offices in accordance with the Concordis policies and donor regulations, including systems for cash flow management, budget monitoring , consolidation of accounting information, internal controls, financial reporting including monthly report such as cash accounts and bank reconciliations, financial record-keeping, grant management and compliance.Analyze direct and indirect cost and verified the application of coding, and wages analysis as well.Assists in design and develop of Concordis International strategic plan and new grant as well focus on budget side and involved in donors negotiations meeting.Acting as a budget holder. Participate in developing country budget for all new programs.Supporting the planning and coordination of project workshops, consultations and conferences.Assist in the preparation and review of local partner agreements and financial report.Provide training to local partners that awarded sub grant regarding financial procedures
