-Cash Management by review daily cash position and manage cash transactions along with available cash and overdraft Facilities.-Review accounts by using online banking systems and ensure that bank statements identically reconciled.-Reviewing commission & charges to ensure that it’s applied with our special tariffs. -Handling FX transactions with banks.-Issuing and follow up out transfers & form 4-Issuing required cheques for related suppliers.- Handling forecast payments with related departments.-Participating in financing agreements with banks to get new facilities to finance new projects or working capital accordance with business needs.-Following up the process with banks and support them with all their requirements.-Supervise all transactions related to Export LC’s & Import LC’s, documents for collection import And export “IDC’s -Review LC draft before releasing final issuance to ensure that LC terms and conditions issued as agreed. -Examining shipping docs to ensure it is prepared according to the LC terms & conditions under UCP latest version before presenting to the bank within the LC validity and follow up the receipt of funds.-Following up receipt of export funds with banks for each export shipment to ensure that proceeds (fund) hit our bank account as per schedule.-Negotiating and solving problems with banks internal and external; export clients and foreign suppliers as well.

Receive the Purchasing Requests from all departments and approve it.Follow up the execution of all Foreign Purchasing Orders, and ensure that they were executed incompliance with the company regulations on time.Schedule & Manage purchasing Work load.Responsible for coordinating with the Financial Department in opening LCs and arrange suppliers payments.Coordinating with the Logistics Section regarding for customs and transferring issues until receiving the purchased materials in the company Warehouse.Develop and update Approved Suppliers database.Sourcing for new suppliers with qualitative alternatives and competitive prices, applying a share policy between suppliers to enhance effective competition yielding in gradual price reduction and accurate delivery Responsible for handling negotiations with foreign suppliers.Responsible for evaluating the performance of the foreign suppliers and report it to the Purchasing Manager on monthly basis.Provide the Financial Department with any changes in the prices of materials.Coordinate with quality department in evaluating and approving new suppliers.Building strategic relationship with the major foreign suppliers.Develop and implement cost saving plans.Establishing & Updating date base for the delivery schedule of the goods to our factory

 Follow up purchasing orders & foreign purchasing activities accurately on daily basis. Follow up with suppliers to deliver goods in time. Communicate with Suppliers to get required documents for Clearance & Shipping Conditions. Contact suppliers for quotations based on factory requisitions. Follow up technical departments approval for quotations sent from suppliers.

 Negotiating with the freight forwarders / shipping lines for the best freight rate. Negotiate with the transportation contractors for the best prices for inland rate. Coordinate with our head office in Greece for the suppliers shipments follow up till arrival to our factory. Booking containers and issuing the declaration form. Coordinate with our customer representative for handling the shipments from our factory to our customer area. Issue packing list & proforma invoice for our export shipments. Arrange with our warehouse coordinator to be sure that the export shipments are ready for loading at the containers arrival time.  Arrange for the shipping documents (Bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin Euro1) to be sent to the customer
