Hired back as the Maintenix consultant to complete the installation of the Mosaic project, a Tier 1 mission critical application to replace the legacy aircraft maintenance system. • Defined the cutover plan to induct aircraft data to prepare for go-live.• Led war room effort to ensure stability and health of application (Grafana, LogInsight, AppDynamics). • Served as the Tech Lead for the Maintenix COTS product and managed 5 developers.
