We are at the forefront of energy transmission, with talent and technology coming together to create lasting social impact.Designation- Talent Acquisition Specialist -COE∙ Managing end-to-end Recruitment across the group – Corporate & its 4 Business Units. ∙ Handling hiring mandates ranging from mid management till executive level ∙ Hands-on experience to manage and independently drive all hiring phases from Discovery meetings, Designing Job Descriptions, Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interviewing, Compensation Discussion & Negotiation, Offer Letter, and initiating Onboarding. ∙ Responsible for liaising with senior management and business stakeholders ∙ Driving the IJP(Internal Job postings)/ Employee Referral Program, Employer Branding, Digitalization of Recruiting Process -Core team member for Automation of HR System ∙ Partnering with various Head Hunters and Manpower Consultants to create a suitable talent pool for niche and critical leadership mandates ∙ Driving Social Media Engagement through various Job Portals and Social Media Platforms to increase brand presence and create larger outreach to attract a suitable talent pool ∙ Supported Campus Recruitment
