Senior Programmer-Using Progress/Openedge
October 1994 till September 2018 at Makassed association :- manage an openedge progress database on a sun server v215 , solaris operating system - programming using 4gl language many programs and participating in computerizing many systems :General parameters , personnel system + a special report builder ,accounting , stock system + generating a journal which transforms the transactions into vouchers to be posted into accounting , accounting system , budget system ,The previous systems were installed at Makassed hospital also .Cemetery system ,point of sales book system for exhibitions , system for renters in Makassed buildings . Recently programming and implementing the unique case number for the hospital system and issuing the card for the patientAnd this required to update several modules :admission , xray , lab , ER, MRI ,pathology , diagnostics ,private clinic ,OBS .- Installing modules and train users whenever needed .-do follow up and discover the bugs and correct them whether program or data- coordinate with IT Officers of Makassed schools in order to customize and implement A readymade package of school information system consisting of several modules : - insure training sessions for each module apart for users whether IT or staff - make sure of unifying the parameters so that the systems could be consolidated into head office - follow up the implementation - analyze a problem whenever arises and issue a request to the company whenever something new arises - work remotely on school servers to apply scripts and so on on SIS database in case of absence of an it officer -work with the team of the SIS owner in order to convert 35 databases of 35 village schools into The newest version . - responsible of consolidated database of SIS system
