Provide administrative & human resources support to ESP teams

1.Creating, maintaining and updating personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor laws and company regulations.2.Handling all related work permit procedures and issue regular reports as required.3.Handling staff attendance reports to update relative data base and reporting staff absence to payroll and or line managers as appropriate4.Monitoring and managing all related HR functions and activities including recruitment, labor-relations, training, Compensation & benefits, and performance appraisal.5.Setting the company annual manpower plan along with the total headcount cost to be approved by CEO & different department managers6.Maintaining an up to date organization structure, Job Descriptions and grading system in line with business needs and objectives7.Participating in HR functions to develop and enhance new staff induction and staff loyalty.8.Motivating and developing staff.9.Defining all Human Resources training programs for employees10.Implementing policies and programs for the entire company including recruitment & selection, personnel affairs, training & development, policies & procedures.

1.Handling variables of internal and external projects.2.Ensure smooth payroll before month end.3.Get the final payroll reports.
