Duties & Responsibilities Customer service • Handle all the customer service (inquiries , complains, ) for President , Teama , Greenland , Nestle & lactel that is received Via hot line OR Facebook. • Supervise the customer service agent to make sure that he is following the agreed on scrips & scenarios.• Follow up on compensation delivery to customer with sales , make sure that all cases closed. • Handle the retailer request for having our products, Follow up with sales to fulfill the retailers needs• Handle any case escalated to the Consumer protection Authority to save the reputation of the company & hedge any possible risk for the company Promotion legality & logistics • Align with the Marketing team for the best promotion Mechanism that guarantee best results & Smooth redemption journey to the consumer . • Execute all official papers requested from all governmental institution ( الشؤوؤن الاجتماعية &CPA) to fulfill the promotions legal requirement . • Settle all promotions with the government entities after maturity to make sure that no penalties on the company & to hedge any possible risk. • Supervise all the promotional Material with the Marketing team to make sure that they are fulfilling the legalities .• Supervise the printing of all coupons with the printing house to ensure the security & the privacy of the coupons • Supervise the allocation of these coupons in the factories to ensure placement / launching time & the application of the agreed on allocations among regions • Follow up in the redemption performance along the promotion Marketing Admins • Handle all Marketing Admin work including revising all contracts with Marketing partners & signing it from legal. • Handle all the financial related work with Marketing & Finance team. • Handle all the office logistics between all factories .• Assist the marketing director in Executing all the ISO related paperwork.
