I'm a master's student in Life Science Technologies, Aalto University. I have a BSc in biomedicine and I have recently completed all my courses, which were about bioinformatics and digital health and machine learning! I am currently looking for a topic for my master’s thesis.My interests have been changing a lot, starting with an interest to understand how the human body works and what happens during diseases. I still find this very interesting, but I feel like I want to broaden my view about this using computational methods; hence my love for programming.Currently I am super interested in how could generative AI and models like ChatGPT be used as toold for doctors for example in decision making.I'm also interested in the possibilities of already existing health data and how this could be used in future diagnoses and epidemiological or real world data applications. My previous work has also sparked an interested in biomedical imaging analysis, especially in creating pipelines to automate the image analysis process - or any process for that matter. I have created a tool to help biomedical research and would love to work on something like that again!I'm always happy to discuss these things more in detail.
