I am highly experienced within the field of molecular biology and molecular pathology for screening, diagnostics and research on human papillomavirus (HPV). I have also been involved in the surveillance of HPV vaccination program since 2010, which is monitoring the efficacy, side effects and vaccination coverage after the HPV vaccine was introduced in the Norwegian childhood immunisation program in 2009.Laboratory skills: Histological techniques, in situ hybridization, nucleic acid extraction, real time PCR, conventional PCR, Sanger sequencing, NGS, DNA hybridization, Luminex technology, laser micro dissection, microscopy and other molecular techniques.
