‘’WaaS (Walk as a Service)’’ project, European Space Agency (ESA), EUWaaS is a proposed service that aims to address this challenge by positioning walking and micro-mobility as a convenient, accessible, and appealing choice for short city trips (the concept of a '15-minute city'), harmonized with other transport modes. WaaS is envisioned as a comprehensive micro-mobility ecosystem that integrates various modes of transportation, including electric bicycles, cycling infrastructure, and scooters, into the pedestrian network as main structure. This interconnected system paves the way for potential collaboration with public transportation systems in the future. Collaborators include the University of Birmingham, School of Computer Science, Minho University with its Civil Engineering and Marketing Departments, Braga Municipality, and Järfälla (Stockholm) Municipality.

Towards establishing the Behavior Change Lab at ''Mobility in transformation'' unit: The goal is to track problems in current mobility systems with new approaches/interventions/innovative solutions to influence travel demand and user behavior.- Research online shopping behavior and its impact on transport systems.- Make a database of the defined project concerning behavior change in Trafikverket & Vinnova- Develop some proposals based on a quantitative approach in the Nordic countries.- Investigate the role of intermodality on mobility behavior and transportation system.

Continue postdoc about ''Smart Pedestrian Network'' project with the Education and Economics Department of Gävle University at Urban Commons group (Sweden):to make a road map of the ''Smart Pedestrian Network'' project to plan how to use the project to effectively complete a proposal and problem-tracking in a city through smart communication between stakeholders and citizens.

Key Responsibility:- Creating a Smart Pedestrian Network project based on My PhD thesis by coordinating Minho University- Communicating with partners including University of Bologna from Italy, ASIDEES Ltd. from Austria, European University from Cyprus and the Porto & Bologna municipalities in order to solve challenges and design a roadmap for partners’ duties.- Estimating the budget & definition of milestones for the project Key Achievement:- Converting the idea, from theory to final implementation in two case studies (Porto & Bologna) - Integrating four different fields of expertise (Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, IT Engineering and Marketing)- Contribute to designing the Smart Pedestrian Assistant (SPA) application with the idea to encourage people to walk more.- Communicate and negotiate with Porto and Bologna municipalities to implement the project.http://ctac.uminho.pt/SPN

Silk Cities is a non-profit organization and independent professional and academic initiative for contextual knowledge exchange, research and advocacy. The ‘Silk Cities’ initiative is concerned with contextual urban challenges that historical cities in countries along the historic Silk Roads face within the process of urban transformation, as a result of their historic past. Silk Cities’ initial focus area has been these cities in the Middle East and Central Asia.

This study develops an innovative model by synthesizing the GIS software (Fuzzy logic) and the Space Syntax to simulate the urban Pedestrian Network. It makes a connection between different urban tissues while keeping a coherent structure for the city by the pedestrian network. Subsequently, this pedestrian network envisions an “intelligent and integrated” urban growth where economic, social and environmental concerns must be carefully balanced. This study examined one of European cities in Portugal (Porto) and One of the Iranian cities (Qazvin).
