To be the member of debtors team and looking after collection and Receivables.Checking and analyzing all the payment deductions.Coordinating with the legal head and taking necessary steps whenever required to collect the receivables.Analyze customer financial condition and authorize customer credit lines.Regularly analyzing the cost sheet of each shipment in order to determine the profitability of the organization.Keep tracking the daily dispatch movement.Regularly communicating with the customers for the timely delivery of the material.Analyzing the other necessary financial data like daily cash inflow-outflow etc.Regularly analyzing the International coal rates/freight rates and also checking the government policy that can affect the organization.Assist in planning and preparing organization budget.Looking after internal process of management audit, analyzing various audit report and accordingly revising the department policy in coordination with CFO.
