I started this job when we started a big project to get our new system deployed in close collaboration with Asia Info. I have worked as Business Owner on Workflow and Document Management streams. These streams include the system functions of handling all manual task, whether they are created by machine, customer or agents. It contains both email and snail mail and all physical contracts with signatures that need storing for legal purposes.I have worked close with external vendors to ensure my specific streams where build according to the Business rules and also to ensure functions where tested and working for launch.We did a lot of Reference data collection, where I had to analyze relevant areas from legacy system and ensured the data configured and the outdated parts to be part of the burn-down processes. After the launch I have continued this role in my daily job, Business taskforces and helping IT operations to troubleshoot. For me the next step is to improve the system and ensure the best possible work conditions for the users of the system.

In my job as a Workflow administrator, I managed and developed Workflows for all Telenor business units in a system called eTray.The administration included building Workflows to automate as many tasks as possible before handing the task to an Agent. This was whenever the CRM system was not up for the task or the function needed to be available in a very short timeframe.I worked closed with our specialist in areas like, Reporting, Workforce Management, Planning and Processes.In order to administrate eTray in daily operation I had to work closely with both external vendors and internal operational teams.

My main focus was on system processes and releases towards Customer Service I have worked with projects connected to Workforce and optimization. I also worked on system upgrades and concurrent releases.I also participated in projects regarding launch of new products and campaigns.

I started as a Telemarketing sales person for the Yellow Pages (dgs.dk). But in a short time I shifted to being Team lead for the Customer Service for the Yellow Pages (dgs.dk). Here my job was to ensure job rotation and help hire and dismiss employees. Whenever these tasks did not take up my time, I was talking to and helping the customers.

As a bartender I used my time servicing customers and cleaning the facilities. Also it was my duty to administrate the relevant amount of goods and ordering these. At the end of each shift I balanced the cash for accounting purposes.
