Responsible for sending weekly emails to members of the society, responsible for taking minutes during all meetings, responsible for maintaining communication with external parties such as the embassy, other societies and the CSC and responsible for creating an annual report that summarises the activities of the society over the past year.

Japanese Language Assistant for Language and Culture Electives

During my internship in the Biomedical Engineering section at the Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace, I gained hands-on experience in various facets of the field. My responsibilities included the use of Excel for data analysis and reporting, as well as working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and manage maintenance tasks for medical devices.I actively participated in the maintenance and calibration of medical equipment, ensuring that all devices were functioning correctly and met safety standards. This involved performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs.In addition to the technical aspects, I had the opportunity to visit different sections of the hospital, allowing me to understand the diverse applications of biomedical engineering in a clinical setting. These visits provided me with a comprehensive view of how medical devices are utilized across various departments, including surgery, radiology, and intensive care.This internship has enhanced my technical skills, provided practical experience with industry-standard tools, and deepened my understanding of the role of biomedical engineering in healthcare.

I helped to install and maintain biomedical equipment, prepare equipment performance reports, and instructed personnel in the care and use of equipment.
