At an early age I was confronted by the injustices around me and became passionate about social change. My journey to where I am today was challenging and the experiences, along with the many incredible people who crossed my path, have firmly shaped who I am as a person. I am a committed, solution driven, and values based international development sector professional with extensive experiences leading inclusive programs and high performing teams. I strive to analyze the complexities around us and connect the big picture to vision, strategy as well as practical actions. Motivating, engaging, and collaborating with others comes naturally to me. I have extensive experiences in grantmaking and strategic partnerships. I have sound financial and operational management skills and aim for accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency in everything I do. I have a creative mind and optimize on opportunities. I am excellent at fundraising and resources mobilization and designed and negotiated multi-million-dollar programs including on governance, livelihoods, environmental justice, human rights, corporate accountability, and humanitarian emergencies. I do not shy away from making decisions, solving problems, or taking risks. My proudest moments are those when I get to help others grow professionally and personally. I am certified as a coach-mentor. For selfcare I love to go on a long run early in the morning.
