As a founding partner of DIALOG's San Francisco office, she has been pivotal in establishing the firm's first U.S. studio, positioning it as an innovation hub, fostering strategic growth and expansion into new markets.Since her relocation from Vancouver to San Francisco in 2017, Mona has embraced a startup-like model within DIALOG, championing purpose-driven, world-class design services. Her efforts are dedicated to advancing DIALOG’s mission to improve communities and environments across geographic and organizational boundaries.Her architectural philosophy is grounded in empathy and contextual design principles, creating spaces that connect and energize communities. Notably, her role as the lead architect on the award-winning Denver River Mile’s 15 million sq.ft. mixed-use community urban design exemplifies her ability to create magnetic destinations that enrich urban environments.Her holistic, detail-oriented approach ensures that every aspect of design and construction is harmonized with project goals.
