About Mona Meyer, Ph.D.
Trained as a molecular biologist, I have more than 10 years of expertise in cancer research. My PhD work was in the field of leukemia, studying the effect of a common mutation on drug response. In 2010, I moved to Canada to study brain cancer. I investigated functional and genomic intratumoral heterogeneity in human brain tumour tissues and applied numerous techniques in cell and molecular biology, large-scale drug screens, mouse xenografts, as well as genomics. I then joined the lab of Dr. Reimand to get an insight and learn about bioinformatic data analysis. Since 2016, I am an accredited, certified full time practitioner for Emotional Freedom Techniques with EFT International. 2017, I became a certified Professional Cancer Coach with Professional Cancer Coaches International (no longer active in Canada). 2019, I started training in Energy Medicine (Eden Method), and Family Constellations.
