COVID-19 Services: Directed COVID-19 health education to San Diegans during COVID-19 pandemic and prioritized public health initiatives to secure the safety of underserved communitiesHIV/Aids Services: Increased program capacity to Central and North Central San DiegoHomeless Outreach: Distributed bags of food, wearable sleeping bags, and goodie bags to local community to reach the most vulnerable population and participated in WeAllCount initiative for 10 years Perinatal Services: Increased number of pregnant Black women served in San Diego by extending prenatal and postnatal education and case management services to North County San Diego. Reentry Services: Increased services available for people with an incarceration history, including post-release nursing services and faith-based services and improved HIV/AIDS, mental health, substance use treatment, and co-occurring treatment pathways within NHA’s Continuum of Care Model.
