Positive Students(PS) is a student activity at faculty of commerce English section benha university,It is a student activity established to help students to reduce gap between academic studies and labor market through more than one project ( English Council : it is a project to help students to learn general and business English - CGP :Clarifying,Guiding,Providing it is a project established to help students to learn more and more about academic studies thorough sessions given by PS members.Training and Development Committee (T&D) it is one of PS committees established to make PS members qualified to do their jobs effectively and efficiently by giving them sessions about soft and technical skills. During my period being T&D Head i worked with T&D team and give all PS members sessions in more than one skill like Presentation Skills ( how to be a good presenter and how to make a perfect presentation) , Communication Skills ( how to make an effective communication ) , Networking Skills (how to make a good network with the others and how to make the best use of it ) , Career Development ( how to choose your career well , how to develop your career , career shift ) , Personal Branding ( how to use social media and the other networking to get the job) . we make more than one orientation ( it is a process to welcome the new members and teach them the basic objectives,culture and rules about the organization. i made more than one technical training for T&D members to teach them how to be trainer and teach them the process of Training and Development ( how to make Training Needs Analysis "TNA"- how to prepare a material for the session - how to give an effective session). my team was about 15 person and i was the youngest one.
