Job Description:• Provide professional answers to all customers’ inquiries via phone.• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.• Responsible for handling all the requests and complaints.• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.• Priority on VIP customer's line.• Assure quality service to customers.• Provide services and information about the banks products to the customers.• Assisting in training the new joining staff and monitoring their calls.• Up & Cross-selling and Tele-marketing of banking products.• Sales and marketing for the products of the company.• Buy /sell shares (trading )according to Dubai financial policy..Handling all customers inquiries via social media channels (chats,Facebook,Twitter’s,What’s up,…)
