Passionate, committed with a strong passion for HR & M&A!As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Volaris, my role is to act as the HR partner to the business we acquire within the Nordic countries, helping to align the goals and objectives of the organization with its human capital needs. I work closely with our leaders and managers to understand their staffing needs, identify gaps in the workforce, and develop solutions that ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles to achieve its goals and help them to navigate complex HR challenges.Working as the HRBP involves a range of activities, including talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development. As Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) I also, support the Due Diligence process when we acquire new businesses. My role is to evaluate target companies, conduct due diligence, and ensure that the human capital aspects of the deal are carefully managed.I have worked across the Nordic countries for several years and developed a great insight into Swedish and Danish employment law and culture in particular.
