I have been told over the years that I am a good listener, problem solver, empathetic, understanding, supportive,challenging and the positive list goes on. There was a time when I knew this, believed in myself, my abilities and my inner strength. However as life went on, I noticed, over time that all that I believed I was, who I was, what I could achieve, I did not feel it anymore. However I… Show more I have been told over the years that I am a good listener, problem solver, empathetic, understanding, supportive,challenging and the positive list goes on. There was a time when I knew this, believed in myself, my abilities and my inner strength. However as life went on, I noticed, over time that all that I believed I was, who I was, what I could achieve, I did not feel it anymore. Self-doubt, negative chatter, and fear took hold of who I became. I did not recognise myself anymore. However I still had the ability to talk to myself which helped. I sought the right help and with the support of family I ventured down the road to find myself again. Not who I was but WHO I AM NOW! Very cathartic but very self reflective process. I have always wanted to train to be a professional Life Coach and work with young people and women who too struggle with self confidence, inner doubt and limiting beliefs. After a lot of research and procrastination and a lot of encouragement from family I did it!!! I enrolled on the International Coaching Federation accredited Life, Personal Performance Coaching diploma. It’s the beginning of what I know is going to be an Incredibly positive journey.
