Strategic planning and implementation of innovation processes have my attention and interest. I have a strong background within public governance, design-thinking approach and running agile projects. I am a certified program and project manager and have developed and managed various projects within tourism, design and health and welfare projects both in Denmark and in the Nordic Region. I am experienced in working with different stakeholders both Danish and Nordic from public & private institutions and with a diverse range of companies to scale and establish partnerships and business across the Nordics. It is essential to me to build trust and to create good collaborative relationships both within and across organizations and disciplines. I have a large and active Danish, Nordic, and international network.I have eight years of experience from Nordic Innovation in Oslo as program and project manager for projects as "Health, Demography & Quality of Life" (HDQL) where the aim has been to boost innovation in the public and private sectors, thereby increasing market opportunities and global competitiveness for Nordic businesses. Nordic health data, digital patients, healthy cities and how to establish Nordic added value and value chain collaborations have been the essence of the work. Before Nordic Innovation I worked at the Danish Business Authority having design and tourism policies & projects as main tasks. Carrying out and coordinating authority and grant tasks in relation to the tourism “lighthouse” schemes and funding under the Tourism Policy Action Plan. In addition, performance contract management of the 8 regional tourism development organisations in the period 2000-2002. Project Manager for Development and Establishment of "Design Consortium, 2011-2012" under the Government's Action Plan for Offensive Global Marketing (HOGM). Participation in EU negotiations regarding CIP Work Program 2012 regarding design, creative industry and tourism.
